We offer negotiable deposit for qualified End-Sellers of HMS and or R50/65 Used Rails.

PAYMENT TERMS

ACC Consortium may offer TT and or LC/DLC/SBL and other financial instruments of payment to End-Sellers and UP TO 20% DOWN.
